Portable Case with Power Supply, Any DigiFlex Module

The LINK DigiFlex 7200 Frame is designed to hold any single 1000 Series "DigiFlex" module. This allows any module designed for the LINK "DigiFlex" Frame to serve as a stand-alone unit. Construction of the DigiFlex 7200 consists of a rugged aluminum case that was custom-designed by LINK Electronics. It is one rack-unit in height and one half rack unit wide. A rack-mounting tray allows the user to mount two DigiFlex 7200's in a 1RU space.

Installing a "DigiFlex" module in the DigiFlex 7200 Frame is quick and easy. The module mounts horizontally in slide rails inside the custom chassis. A center "Z-Bracket" provides the 1000 Series locking mechanism, insuring secure installation. Module indicator LED's are visible through the removable screen front cover. Power and signal input/output connections are provided to the module through the mating rear cell for that specific module.

The AC power entry module features an EMI/RFI filter. Regulated DC is provided by a high efficiency switching power supply. The power supply locks securely into the DigiFlex 7200 Frame opposite the "DigiFlex" module.

An internal cooling fan is designed to limit the chassis internal temperature no more than 15°C above ambient at the maximum operating power of 15 watts. The 2.5 CFM capacity fan can exchange the inside air every few seconds. The 7200 is designed for maximum utilization.

In all respects, the DigiFlex 7200 is designed for dependable, high-performance operation. The frame includes the plug-in power supply. The rear panel connections are made through the mating rear cell module. A detachable AC power connector provides for easy power line disconnect. All Link products are backed by a ten-year warranty.
